The Juki DDL-8700H requires complete assembly. Due to the weight and complexity of industrial sewing machines, professional assistance is recommended for assembly. If assembling yourself, ensure you have adequate space, proper tools, and an additional person to assist with heavy components.

4.1. Table and Stand Assembly

1. Unpack the table top, legs, and associated hardware from Box 3.
2. Assemble the table legs according to the included diagrams, ensuring all bolts are securely tightened.
3. Attach the foot pedal and knee lifter mechanisms to the assembled stand.
4. Carefully place the table top onto the assembled legs, aligning the pre-drilled holes. Secure the table top using the provided screws and brackets.

4.2. Servo Motor Installation

1. Unpack the servo motor and V-belt from Box 2.
2. Mount the servo motor securely under the table, typically to the designated motor bracket.
3. Install the V-belt, connecting the motor pulley to the machine's handwheel pulley. Ensure proper tension.
4. Connect the motor's power cable and foot pedal control cable as per the motor's specific instructions.

4.3. Machine Head Installation

1. Carefully lift the machine head from Box 1 and place it into the cutout on the table top.
2. Ensure the machine head is seated correctly and level.
3. Connect the machine head to the motor via the V-belt.
4. Install the thread stand, bobbin winder, and oil pan as per the manual's diagrams.

5.1. Вклучување и основни контроли

Once fully assembled and connected to a power source, turn on the main power switch, usually located on the servo motor. The machine is controlled via the foot pedal for speed and the knee lifter for raising the presser foot.
