4.1 Unboxing and Installation

Follow these steps to unbox and prepare your Roborock Q10 S5 for first use.

• Place the dock on a flat, hard floor surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and water.
• Ensure there is adequate clear space around the dock: at least 0.5 meters on both sides and 1 meter in front.
• Secure the moisture-proof mat to the floor in front of the dock if using the mopping function.

Before first use, ensure the robot is fully charged. Place the robot on the charging dock. The power indicator light will be steady white when fully charged.
