2. Remove any protective film from the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
3. Place the earbuds back into the case and close it for a few seconds, then open it again.
4. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, turn on Bluetooth.

• To charge the case, connect it to a power source using a USB-C cable.
