Check that the transmitter is powered on and connected correctly to the TV's audio output (not input). Ensure the TV audio settings are set to 'PCM' (for optical connections) or 'Headset/External Speaker' (for 3.5mm/RCA connections). Also, verify the headphones are charged and turned on.
Turn off the transmitter and headphones. Press and hold the power button on the headphones (approx. 5 seconds) until the indicator flashes quickly to enter pairing mode, then turn on the transmitter. They should connect automatically.
Ensure the charging dock is connected to power and the green light is flashing. When placing headphones on the dock, make sure the charging contacts under the headband align perfectly with the pins on the dock.
