PUMPS support FAQ
Често поставувани прашања во врска со упатствата, регистрацијата и поддршката за овој бренд.
-
Кого треба да контактирам за сервис или поправки?
For the models listed (ST and E series), contact Glentronics technical support at 1-800-991-0466. Do not disassemble the product yourself.
-
Can I use an extension cord with my sump pump?
No, do not use an extension cord. The electrical outlet should be within the length of the pump's power cord and at least 4 feet above the floor to minimize hazards.
-
What maintenance is required for the pump?
Keep the pump's strainer or inlet distinctively clear of debris. It is also recommended to visually inspect the pump and test its operation by filling the pit with water designated intervals.
-
How should the discharge pipe be installed to prevent freezing?
The horizontal discharge pipe must be sloped downward so any remaining water drains away. Failure to slope the pipe correctly can trap water, which may freeze and damage the pump.
