To pair the Vesternet Zigbee Wall Controller (e.g., VES-ZB-WAL-011), ensure the device is not already on a network. From your Zigbee coordinator or hub interface, choose to add a device. Then, press and hold down the appropriate buttons (often both I and O buttons) until the LED indicator turns on, followed by a short press to initiate the search.
To manually factory reset the Vesternet Z-Wave Remote, press and hold down both the 'All On' and 'All Off' buttons for over 10 seconds. The LED indicator should turn on and then blink 4 times quickly to indicate a successful reset. Note that this will clear all configuration parameters.
Most Vesternet wall controllers, such as the Zigbee 4-button or 8-button models, operate on 3VDC power using a CR2450 coin/button cell battery.
