4. Поставување
- Напојување: Insert 4 AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Alternatively, connect the monitor using a micro USB 5-6V adapter (not included).
- Connect the Cuff: Unpack the cuff and securely connect its air tube to the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor.
- Позиционирање: Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Ensure your arm is resting comfortably on a table, with the cuff at heart level.
