4. Поставување

4.1 Инсталација на батерија

The DM3004A requires one DC 9V IEC 6F22 battery (not included).

Open the rear cover of the detector.
Place the new 9V battery into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.

4.2 Прикачување на јажето

To prevent accidental drops, attach the provided lanyard to the detector's handle. This allows you to secure the device to your wrist during use.

5. Операција

5.1 Вклучување/исклучување

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the handle of the detector. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power on the device. Slide it to "OFF" to power it down.

5.2 Metal Detection

Once powered on, the detector will emit a unique "beep" tone, indicating it is ready for operation.
Sweep the search head over the area you wish to inspect.
When a metal object is detected, the detector will emit a "beep" tone and the LED indicator light will flash red.
For detecting objects underground or within walls, it is recommended to hold the search head parallel to the ground or surface.

The probe head can be rotated up to 180 degrees, allowing for flexible scanning in various orientations.

6. Одржување

**Cleaning**: Wipe the detector with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
**Storage**: If the detector will not be used for a long period, remove the 9V battery to prevent leakage and damage to the device. Store in a cool, dry place.
**Handling**: Avoid knocking the detector heavily or subjecting it to strong impacts.
