  • Bullet Stick: The impact component that strikes the concrete surface.
  • Seal Ring: Ensures internal components are protected from dust and debris.
  • Pointer Axis: Guides the pointer for accurate rebound value display.
  • Скала: Displays the rebound value (R).
  • Копче: Releases the impact mechanism and locks the pointer.
  • Предна корица: Protects the internal mechanism.
  • Тело од не'рѓосувачки челик: Provides high hardness and wear resistance for durability.
  • Графикон: Integrated chart for converting rebound values to estimated compressive strength.

4. Упатства за работа

Follow these steps for accurate concrete strength testing:

  1. 4.1. Подготовка на површината

Ensure the concrete surface to be tested is smooth, clean, and dry. Remove any loose particles, plaster, or paint. If the surface is rough, use the included grindstone to smooth a small area for testing.

  2. 4.2. Positioning the Tester

Hold the rebound hammer firmly with both hands. Position the tester perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) to the concrete surface. Ensure stable contact with the surface.

  3. 4.3. Performing the Test

Gradually push the rebound hammer towards the concrete surface. The internal spring mechanism will compress, and when the impact energy is reached, the hammer will automatically rebound. The pointer will indicate the rebound value (R) on the scale.

  4. 4.4. Reading the Rebound Value

After the rebound, the pointer will lock in place, displaying the rebound value (R) on the intuitive display panel. Read the value directly from the scale.

  5. 4.5. Converting Rebound Value to Compressive Strength

Use the integrated chart on the side of the tester to convert the rebound value (R) into an estimated compressive strength (N/mm² or MPa). Follow the lines on the chart corresponding to the rebound value and the age of the concrete to find the approximate compressive strength.

6 Смена на проблеми

If you encounter issues with your rebound hammer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Проблем Можна причина Решение
Неконзистентни читања Rough or unprepared surface; improper angle; internal mechanism issue. Ensure surface is smooth and clean. Maintain a 90-degree angle. If issues persist, contact customer support.
Pointer does not lock or move smoothly Dust/debris in mechanism; damaged internal components. Gently clean the pointer area. Do not force movement. If damaged, contact customer support.
Low rebound values on known strong concrete Surface moisture; carbonation layer; calibration needed. Ensure surface is dry. Consider removing a thin layer if carbonation is suspected. Regular calibration is recommended.

8. Кориснички совети

  • For best results, perform at least 9-12 tests within a 30x30 cm area, discarding the highest and lowest 20% of readings, and average the remaining values.
  • Always ensure the test surface is free from moisture, as water can significantly affect rebound readings.
  • When testing vertical surfaces, adjust the rebound value according to the correction factors provided in the full instruction manual or relevant standards.
  • Regularly check the condition of the impact plunger and ensure it moves freely.
  • Keep the instrument case clean to prevent dust and grit from entering the device during storage.
