  1. Positioning the Rotary Chuck: Place the R8 Rotary Chuck on a stable, level surface within your laser engraver's working area.
  2. Using Riser Feet (Optional): If your laser engraver's height is insufficient for the object you wish to engrave, attach the four included riser feet to your laser engraver to elevate it. This provides additional clearance for larger objects when using the R8.

4.2 Connecting to Your Engraver

  1. USB конекција: Connect the R8 Rotary Chuck to your laser engraver using the provided USB cable. The R8 is designed for plug-and-play convenience, requiring no complex installation.

5.1 Placing Objects for Engraving

The R8 Rotary Chuck supports a wide range of cylindrical and irregular objects. Ensure the object is securely clamped or positioned on the chuck to prevent movement during engraving.

  • Regular Cylinders: For objects like cans, cola bottles, or wooden sticks, place them centrally on the chuck.
  • Irregular Cylindrical Objects: For items such as mugs, wine glasses, or Quencher Insulated Tumblers, adjust the chuck's grip to securely hold the object, accommodating its unique shape. The 180° horizontal and 30° vertical rotation allows for flexible positioning.

5.2 Engraving Process

7. Одржување

  • Чистење: Regularly clean the rotary chuck to remove dust, debris, and engraving residue. Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the materials.
