Carefully adjust the dip switches on your new FM135 remote to exactly match the ON/OFF positions of the dip switches on your gate opener's control board or existing remote.
Once the dip switches are matched, close the remote's casing.
Test the remote by pressing the button while within range of your gate opener.

For additional control options, Mighty Mule also offers 2-button (FM134) and 3-button (RB743) remotes. These can be programmed to operate multiple gate openers or even a garage door (requires Universal Receiver RB709U-NB for garage doors).
