Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

6. Првично стартување: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.

Advanced Call Functions

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Говорна пошта button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Директориум soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Бирајте soft key to initiate a call.
