During this hour, it is not technically possible to set the alarm without it potentially triggering. For example, if you set the alarm at 7 PM for 7 AM the next morning, the alarm will not trigger immediately because it is outside the active snooze window. However, if you set the alarm at 9 PM for 7 AM the next morning, it will function correctly as it is outside the one-hour snooze activation window from the current time. This behavior is inherent to analog alarm clocks with a snooze feature and is not a defect.
