This helps to eliminate any manufacturing odors or plastic smells. You may notice a slight odor during this process, which is normal and will dissipate.

- For best results, especially with larger quantities or certain foods, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. To do this, carefully pull out the pan, shake the basket, and then slide it back in. The appliance will resume cooking automatically.
- Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
- Carefully pull out the pan and remove the food basket. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove cooked food.
