The blood pressure monitor can be powered by two methods:
- 4 АА батерии: Insert four AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the device. Ensure correct polarity.

Proper cuff application is crucial for accurate measurements. The adjustable cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 8.7 and 16.5 inches.
- Open the Cuff: Open the cuff and pass one end through the iron ring. Ensure the Velcro faces outward.

Before measuring, sit quietly for a few minutes. Avoid talking, moving, or eating during the measurement process.
