3. Поставување

3.1 Полнење на уредот

1. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the device.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the charger (Input: AC 100-240V, Output: 5V, 2A) and plug it into a power outlet.
3. The device will indicate charging status on the screen. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

6 Смена на проблеми

• Уредот е бавен или не реагира: Try closing background applications. If the issue persists, restart the device.
• Cannot print receipts: Ensure thermal paper is loaded correctly and the printer cover is closed. Verify that the printing application is configured properly and has sufficient permissions. Check for any error messages on the screen.
• Cannot change language from Chinese: Одете до Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages за да го изберете вашиот претпочитан јазик.
• Missing charger or other parts: Contact your vendor or Bisofice customer support for assistance.
