- Using the Base Station:
- Ensure the flat iron is unplugged and cool.
- Fill the external base station water reservoir with distilled water. The reservoir has "MIN" and "MAX" indicators.
- Place the flat iron onto the base station. The internal reservoir of the flat iron will automatically refill in seconds via gravity.

- Ensure the flat iron is unplugged and cool.
- Locate the small water reservoir on the flat iron handle.
- Carefully open the reservoir cap.
- Using the provided dropper or a small bottle, fill the reservoir with distilled water. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the reservoir cap.

- Ensure hair is clean, dry, and free of tangles. For best results, apply a heat protectant spray.
- Section your hair into manageable 1-inch wide strands. The removable detangling comb can assist with this.
