1. Download the AGSHOME App

Scan the QR code in the included user manual or search for "AGSHOME" in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) to download and install the application. Register for an account if you are a new user, or log in with your existing credentials.

2. Power On the Wi-Fi Gateway

Plug the Wi-Fi Gateway into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port. Ensure it is within range of your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The indicator light on the gateway will flash, indicating it is ready for pairing.

3. Add the Wi-Fi Gateway to the App

1. Open the AGSHOME App.
2. Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner or select "Add Device".
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to add the Wi-Fi Gateway. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled for easier discovery.
4. Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password when prompted.
5. Wait for the app to successfully add the device. The gateway's indicator light will turn solid once connected.

4. Install Door/Window Sensors

The door/window sensors are pre-paired with the Wi-Fi Gateway at the factory and are ready for immediate use. No additional pairing steps are required for the included sensors.

• Identify the two parts of each sensor: the main sensor unit and the magnetic strip.
• Clean the surface where you intend to install the sensors (door/window frame and the moving part of the door/window).
• Attach the main sensor unit to the fixed part of the door/window frame using the provided 3M adhesive pads.
• Attach the magnetic strip to the moving part of the door/window, aligning it with the main sensor unit. The gap between the two parts should be no more than 0.75 inches (approximately 1.9 cm) when the door/window is closed.
• Ensure the sensors are securely attached and do not interfere with the opening and closing of the door or window.

Operating Your Alarm System

Control your alarm system remotely using the AGSHOME App. The app provides different modes to suit your security needs:

• HOME Mode: Use this mode when you are at home. Sensors set to active in "Home Mode" will trigger the alarm.
• AWAY Mode: Activate this mode when you leave your home. All active sensors will trigger the alarm if breached.
• DISARMED Mode: No sensors are armed. Sensors will only trigger the alarm if they are specifically set to active in "Away, Home, Disarmed Mode".
• СОС: Tap the SOS button in the app to quickly sound the siren on your Home Alarm System in case of an emergency.

Instant App Alerts

When a sensor is triggered, the system will immediately send a real-time notification to your smartphone via the AGSHOME App. This allows you to monitor your home's security status from anywhere.

Silent Alarm Feature

The GRSICO Home Alarm System is designed to provide silent alerts. When a sensor is triggered, you will receive an alert on your phone app, but the gateway and door/window sensors themselves will not emit an audible alarm. This prevents false alarms from disturbing your sleep or alerting intruders.

Battery Replacement for Sensors

The door/window sensors are powered by alkaline batteries. When the battery level is low, the app will notify you. To replace a sensor battery:

1. Gently push the shell of the sensor to open it.

4. Close the sensor shell securely.

• Порталот не се поврзува со Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The system does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Check your Wi-Fi password and ensure the gateway is within range of your router. Restart the gateway and try pairing again.
• Sensors not triggering alerts: Verify that the sensors are installed correctly with the magnetic strip aligned with the main unit and the gap is within 0.75 inches. Check the battery level of the sensors in the app. Ensure the system is in an armed mode (Home or Away) for alerts to be active.
