The OEDRO FRP Hard Tri-fold Tonneau Cover is designed for effortless installation without the need for drilling. Follow these steps for a secure setup:
1. Verify Bed Size
Before installation, accurately measure your truck bed from the bulkhead (front of the bed) to the tailgate (with it closed) to confirm it is a 5.5 feet bed. This cover is specifically designed for this bed length.

2. Prepare the Truck Bed
Ensure the truck bed rails are clean and free of debris. If your vehicle has cargo racks or a cargo box, they must be removed before installing the tonneau cover.

3. Install Weather Strips
Apply the provided weather strips along the edges of the truck bed rails to ensure a tight seal and prevent water intrusion.

4. Position and Secure the Cover

Folding the Cover
To access your truck bed, release the rear clamps and fold the cover sections towards the cab. Secure the folded sections using the integrated nylon straps to prevent movement while driving. Avoid driving with the cover partially opened without securing it.

Unfolding and Securing the Cover
To close the cover, release the nylon straps and carefully unfold each section towards the tailgate. Ensure each section lays flat and the clamps engage securely. The reinforced locking mechanism keeps the cover closed during travel.
