4. Grounding the Generator
For safety, the generator must be properly grounded. Connect a grounding wire from the generator's grounding terminal to an appropriate ground source, such as a ground rod.

- Ensure the generator is off before connecting the adapter.
- Insert the L5-30P end of the WEN GNA030 adapter into the corresponding L5-30R receptacle on your generator. Twist to lock.
- Once the generator is running, plug your RV's TT-30P cord into the TT-30R receptacle on the adapter.
- Always ensure connections are secure and dry.

For long-term storage (over 30 days), prepare your generator as follows:
