• Glasses/sunglasses with scratches or cracks in the coating
• Tarnished silver (ultrasonic cleaning removes grime, not oxidation)
• Jewelry with loose or soft/porous gemstones (e.g., pearls, opals, emeralds, coral, amber, turquoise)
• Anything glued (e.g., many costume pieces)
• Painted or plated items (use caution; vibrations can potentially strip coatings)

If the device does not operate as expected, ensure it is properly plugged in and the power button has been pressed and held for 3 seconds.
