This versatile 5V mini humidifier module is designed for integration into USB humidifiers, aroma diffusers, and various DIY misting projects. The Starry PWJS USB Humidifier Module package includes the following components:
- Atomization Module (Circuit Board with USB port and control button)
- Microporous Atomizing Film (Ultrasonic disc with wires)
- Black Plastic Bracket (for holding the atomizing film and cotton swab)
- Humidifier Cotton Swab (for water absorption)

3. Упатства за поставување
- Prepare the Cotton Swab: Ensure the humidifier cotton swab is fully saturated with water before insertion. This is crucial for proper mist generation.
- Assemble the Spray Disc and Bracket:
- Insert the microporous atomizing film into the black plastic bracket. The side with the white piezoelectric ceramic ring is the spray surface and must be installed facing upwards.
- The all-steel suction surface of the atomizing film should face downwards to contact the liquid.
- Insert Cotton Swab: Carefully insert the saturated cotton swab into the plastic bracket, ensuring it makes firm contact with the downward-facing steel surface of the atomizing film.
- Поврзете се со модулот: Connect the wires from the atomizing film to the PH2.0 Terminal Socket on the atomization module (circuit board).

Once assembled and powered, the module can be operated using the integrated touch switch.

The system offers two distinct spray modes, selectable via the touch switch:
- Continuous Spray Mode:
- Activates a continuous mist.
- Features a 7-color changing LED cycle.
- Runs for up to 4 hours before automatic shut-off.
- Intermittent Spray Mode:
- Operates with a cycle of 10 seconds of spray followed by a 5-second pause.
- Runs for up to 12 hours before automatic shut-off.

4.2 LED System
The integrated 7-color LED system offers two lighting modes:
- Dynamic color-changing cycles.
- Steady single-color illumination.
These modes can be customized to suit your preference, typically by pressing and holding the touch switch or cycling through options with short presses, depending on the specific implementation.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier module.
- Cotton Swab Replacement: Replace the cotton swab regularly, especially if you notice reduced mist output or discoloration. Ensure the new swab is fully saturated before use.
- Atomizing Film Cleaning: If mineral deposits accumulate on the atomizing film, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

- Chemicals Warning: Avoid using solutions containing harsh chemicals or essential oils directly with the module, as some substances may degrade the plastic housing or affect the atomizing film's performance. Use only water or water-soluble aroma solutions designed for humidifiers.
